Без запахов, без насекомых. Сломанного ничего нет. Тишина в подъезде. Бесконтактный доступ организован.
Цену не задираю из человеческих соображений.
Гуляния не допускаются - соседи мгновенно сообщат.
На окна установлена защита от детей.
Есть два двуспальных дивана и кровать, шкаф, холодильник, свч, эл. Плита с прекрасной духовкой, чайник, смарт телевизор, муз. Центр с кабелем для телефона, утюг, стир. Машина, пылесос, фен, сушилка, гладилка. Кухня большая, установлен датчик дыма. Кастрюли, сковороды, жаровня, чашки, кружки, ложки. Красивый вид из окна на улицу и администрацию. С соседями общая прихожая с дверью на замке, можно что-то оставить. Парковка на улице.
В квартире не курят.
Для тех, кто приезжает издалёка с малышами, могу предоставить коляску, санки, горшок и прочее (спрашивайте, привезу).
Если нужно встретить из аэропорта, с жд вокзала, автовокзала, проконсультировать по достопримечательностям, свозить на горнолыжку, посидеть с детьми и другое - обращайтесь. Могу провести экскурсии в пределах 100км. Авто 8мест
