Advantages:

Квартира удачно расположена в центре поселка. Кафе, магазины, пешеходная набережная рядом. В квартире чисто, тихо, светло. Подъезд чистый, соседи тихие. Хозяйка приятная, внимательная, отдельное спасибо за комплименты в виде шоколадок

Disadvantages:

Сначала подумала звукоизоляция хорошая, но нет.
